‘Brad Saunders of Feature Fireplaces installed a Jetmaster in an existing fireplace and extended the chimney with a stainless steel flue at my house in Barwon Heads.
I was most impressed with his efficiency and professionalism. Initially he came to measure in preparation for the installation. He arrived at promptly at the appointed time and undertook this task rapidly.
Then on the day of the installation he collected the Jetmaster from the supplier. He brought this and all the required materials. Then worked again rapidly and diligently, not stopping until the task was completed – for about five hours straight.
Brad put down dust sheets – there was no mess left after the job was completed. He explained fully to me the operation of the unit.

I wish to thank Brad of Feature Fireplaces for the excellent work he did on the installation of my fantastic new gas log fire.
I was removing a gas furnace which was supposed to heat the lounge, dining, kitchen area and looking at replacing with a gas log fire in the lounge.
What impressed me mainly with Brad and the company was the assistance and time he afforded me in the initial stages as well as his friendly nature and workmanship.
I was extremely unsure of what size I required and also the reputation of the various brands. Brad spent time at my house looking at the position of the heater then suggested a couple of brands, the size and also how we would install the heater.
